Returns and Refunds

Order Cancellations

If you order within one hour of completing check-out, you may cancel and receive a refund and subject to a 20% cancellation fee. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped by the time a request of cancellation is made, it will not be approved. 

To request a cancellation, you may email us at emeraldcityws@gmail.com with your order number, full name, address, and a reason for cancellation. 

We will notify you via email if a cancellation request has been approved or denied.  If a request is approved, a refund for the order amount, minus the 20% cancellation fee will be issued back to the original payment method within 48 business hours.

Returns

Due to the nature and hygienic nature of our products sold on the site, all sales are final. There are no  returns or exchanges on any products. If you have questions about any items please contact us by email before you place an order.

If you receive your order and there is an issue with your order you must contact us within 3 days of the orders delivery.

Please understand colors may vary from manufacturing batch to manufacturing batch slightly and photos of colors can also vary depending on lighting. If you need assistance with color matching please contact customer care.  

Refunds

Items may only be refunded if they are found to be defective. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email emeraldcityws@gmail.com. The email title should be defect and please include your order number, full name, a photo of the defective item along with a simple explanation of what the issue is with the item. If we have determined that the item is defective you will be able to replace the item or take a credit for the purchase price. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
